Kaltech was hired to design, engineer and construct portable 2000 psi well test unit. It included separators, manifolds, lab, mobile cranes, and offices. All units were self sufficient and powered from one mobile power source.
Iraq
Kaltech was hired to design, engineer and construct several portable 1440psi well test units. The units included separators, manifolds, labs, flares, and associated piping.
United States
Engineered and project managed the building of a 1440 PSI 3 phase separator for a large US manufacturer of multi-phase flow meters. The unit was installed in the test loop to calibrate new meters.
India
Consulted on equipment choice and completed the purchasing of 10” stainless steel valves, custom made headers, tees, and other consumables for a pipeline near Darjeeling India.
